What other rating could I give it?

I like being able to set the time I want to listen and then have it turn off. Often go to bed listening to a section of the book but if I fall asleep it wont keep going. Only problem is that I have to try to find what I last heard, as there are no visual clues where I am in the book.

Ive used this app alongside ibooks and audible apps for many years (>5.) I am a shut-in who has audiobooks as my tenants. All three of the mentioned programs function well. After the face lift Audiobooks got today, it is my #1. Especially as I consider the vast amount of amazing public domain books that are out there. Listenup: authors like Maurice Leblanc are diamonds waiting to be found. Addendum: the jump forward and speed buttons are easily confused as they look almost identical and are set one above the other. Would like to see the back arrow at top left restored for all screens.

The menu before was very easy to maneuver. You could go from playing it back to your library easily now all the buttons are jammed at the bottom in a soon as you click on preview the book immediately starts to play. Looks like they want to upgrade it, and got someone to do it cheaply.

Many old books for free with decent audio. I wish it had the casebook of sherlock holmes, since it has the first 4 volumes and books. And that it was satisfied with 1 review, since this is the second time it has asked me.

Great new books added with new update, looking forward to future updates!

I can only download 1 chapter at a time. Very disappointed. Like the old version better.

With latest update the books cannot be downloaded , and the books at my library can not be erased ...

This app has the best audiobooks for free and also those that can be purchased. It doesnt get much better than that.

The new update is pretty good, and of course having access to all these classics is great. My one complaint is that we can not edit the order our books are in in the library. If I try to sort them, they go right back to where they were to begin with. Please address this in the next update.

A great app for listening to classicals, the ui is so much prettier and its so smooth to use after the update!!

Your selection of books are so little and in terms of languages when you have languages that considered the fifth spoken language in the world over 500 million people speaks the language ( Arabic ) not one title to offer on your list ,yet there is titles in other languages the most people can speak the language is less then 30 million people is this app biased by design? Or is it lack of knowledge of literature and history when you try to ignore a language that has 2 million word by 42 million definition I just wonder!!!!!

Although the free book choices are limited, I enjoy the classic. App is easy to use.

I found this years ago and have listened to great works like Anne of Green Gables, Great Expectations, some French Poetry and other great stories. You can also pay a one time yearly fee and get an even larger selection of Audio books other than the thousands available free. I stream most audio books when home to save space on my iPad. If there is a book I really like that I want to be able to listen too, not only when home but when driving I will download it so there is no interruption from loss of cell signal. I so enjoy a good audio book and this application allows me to enjoy with ease.

Seems to use less battery? That could be my imagination. New layout is nice. I wish there was a way of knowing if you are about to download a book youve already listened to. I have 100+ titles and slowly going down the list gets old fast. Otherwise I love this app.
